I the parent/guardian of the above, agree that he/she shall enter theTurning Pointe Dance Academy and undertake safe dance practices. Turning Pointe Dance Academy will show all care and due diligence but no liability will be taken for loss or damage, to property or physical injury whilst at Turning Pointe Dance Academy. It is understood and agreed that all choreographic material taught at Turning Pointe Dance Academy remains the property of Turning Pointe Dance Academy and must not be performed, coached or viewed by other parties without the consent of Studio Directors I give Turning Pointe Dance Academy permission to use students name and/or photos/videos in marketing materials including: Studio Website, Dance Magazines, Advertisements, Concert Programs and all Social Media platforms. In the event of future Covid19 Lockdowns, Turning Pointe Dance Academy will transfer complete timetable to online. (ie. Zoom). Where possible, makeup classes will also be arranged. I have read and agree with Turning Pointe Dance Academy Code of Conduct.
